MuseWare Privacy Policy

MuseWare, localized in Simplified Chinese as 妙用, helps users create small web apps from natural language requirements. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app and its related online services collect, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect

• Sign in with Apple information: when you sign in, we receive the Apple-provided account identifier and may receive your name or email address if Apple provides it and you choose to share it.
• Account and session information: we store account records and authentication session records needed to keep you signed in. Session tokens are stored on the server in hashed form.
• Generation requests: we collect the text prompts, requirements, task status, and related metadata you submit so the service can validate requests, generate apps, and show progress.
• Generated app data: we store generated app titles, versions, artifacts, and related metadata so you can view and continue working with your generated apps.
• Notification device information: if you allow push notifications, we store the Apple Push Notification service device token, app bundle identifier, platform, and environment so we can notify you when generation work is complete.
• Operational data: server logs, error records, timestamps, and security-related records may be collected to operate, debug, protect, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
• To process generation requests and provide generated app results.
• To show app history, generated versions, progress, and task status.
• To send optional push notifications about generation completion.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information and do not use the app for third-party advertising tracking. We may process information through service providers that support authentication, push notifications, hosting, storage, logging, and app generation. Examples include Apple services for Sign in with Apple and push notifications, cloud infrastructure providers, object storage providers, and AI service providers used to process generation requests. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver the service.

User Content

Prompts and generated apps may contain information that you choose to submit. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, passwords, API keys, payment information, health information, or other content that you do not want processed by the service.

Retention

We retain account, task, generated app, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain app history, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Push notification tokens may be revoked or replaced when you disable notifications, sign out, reinstall the app, or when Apple changes the token.

Your Choices

• You can choose whether to share your email address through Sign in with Apple.
• You can disable push notifications in iOS Settings.
• You can stop submitting generation requests at any time.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable by contacting us through the developer contact listed in App Store Connect or on this website.

Children's Privacy

MuseWare is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so users should avoid submitting sensitive or secret information in prompts.

International Processing

Information may be processed and stored in locations where our service providers operate. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed outside your country or region.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
